Products shown for sale are purchased from Envoy Music. Envoy manages checkout, order communication, customer support, and resolution even when a fulfillment partner dispatches the item.
Product information
We work to keep titles, pricing, specifications, and availability accurate. The final product, variant, quantity, price, and delivery information shown during checkout govern the order.
If supplier availability changes after an order is placed, Envoy will contact the customer and remain responsible for the available resolution.
Orders and disputes
Orders are subject to the checkout, payment, shipping, and return terms presented at purchase time. A fulfillment partner may dispatch the item on Envoy's behalf.
If there is a dispute about an item, contact Envoy with the order details and evidence of the issue as soon as possible.
