Envoy Music is responsible for the order while Envoy or an approved fulfillment partner may dispatch the item. Final shipping options and costs appear at checkout.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing times may differ by product and fulfillment partner.

Tracking and order updates are communicated as part of the Envoy order, regardless of which approved partner dispatches the package.

Delivery expectations

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout. Carrier delays, customs handling, remote-destination surcharges, and weather can affect final delivery times.

Higher-value shipments may require tracking, insurance, or signature confirmation.
